advance science and improve health outcomes for the benefit of society.
GE&RA is a registered NGO as a group of committed teacher educators imparting quality
research in the field of Education, Science and Technology, Management, IT, Arts, Commerce,
Medical Science etc. with the objective to strengthen higher education programs. The association
since its inception has played a pioneering role in catering to the requirement of twenty first
Century. It’s strong ties with the Business Community makes it an effective mechanism for the
promotion of Organizations.
Vision
It aims to promote the researches which advance knowledge on contemporary various issues and
cases in functional areas of marketing, finance, human resource management, human behavior,
operations management, information technology, general management, engineering, medical,
education and other areas as also macro issues of globalization, political, regional trade and
investment.
HOW IT WORKS
GE&RA have successfully organized large number of national and international conferences
and presently the association is running six journals in different areas. The Journals are intended
to provide perspectives on topics relevant to research in the field of business, management,
information technology, engineering and education. The pedagogic society under the banner of
GERA has taken up the pious, legitimate and noble task of guiding the large segment of teacher
educators in its proper prospective before them join the perspective field.
All papers are peer-reviewed and newly selected panels of international referees have been
appointed to ensure that the process must be done rapidly and to the highest standards. Special
topics will provide accounts of research, written periodically at the invitation of the Editorial
Board under the direction of Editor-in-Chief. With this international outlook in mind, a new
international Editorial Board and Advisory Board have been appointed.

BOOKS:
Authors may send their books with duly signed copyright form for publishing to ensure
the addition of high-quality studies to the field of scholarly publication. Plagiarism is the
unethical act of copying someone else’s prior ideas, processes, results or words without explicit
acknowledgement of the original author and source. Self-plagiarism occurs when an author
utilizes a large part of his/her own previously published work without using appropriate
references. Good quality plagiarism software/ tools will be used to check similarity that would be
as per the Norms Adherence to copyright laws being an indispensable part of our publishing process, it
is important that as an author you must ensure all the material you submit for publication is free of any
copyright violations. In other words, either the material should be yours or if not then permission from
the original copyright holder should be taken in order to reproduce it in your book..
