GE&RA is a dedicated group of teacher educators and social workers who are passionate about delivering high-quality research across diverse fields including Education, Science and Technology, Management, IT, Arts, Commerce, and Medical Science. Since our inception, we have been at the forefront of strengthening higher education programs, adapting to the demands of the 21st century. Vision
Our vision is to promote research that advances knowledge on contemporary issues across various functional areas, including marketing, finance, human resource management, human behavior, operations management, information technology, general management, engineering, medical science, education, and more. We also focus on broader macro issues like globalization, political dynamics, regional trade, and investment.
How We Work
GE&RA has a proven track record of successfully organizing numerous national and international conferences. Currently, we manage six journals covering various academic and professional fields. These journals provide valuable insights and perspectives on topics relevant to business, management, information technology, engineering, and education research.
Under the banner of GE&RA, we are also committed to guiding the next generation of teacher educators, ensuring they are well-prepared to excel in their fields. Our pedagogic society plays a pivotal role in this noble endeavor.
In addition to our research and educational initiatives, GE&RA hosts a wide range of e-books available for free reading through GLOBUS PUBLICATION.
